1 · Who we are, and what this is

PhysiqCoach is operated by DP Ventures FZ-LLC, registered in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone, United Arab Emirates (licence 5040009), at CWEP5239, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

These Terms are the agreement between you and us for using the PhysiqCoach app and the website physiq.coach. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies between you and us. These Terms add to it; where they differ on how the App Store works, Apple's terms apply.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your data and is part of this agreement.

2 · The short version

• PhysiqCoach builds a training and nutrition plan from what you tell it, and adjusts it weekly.
• It is not medical advice, and it is not a doctor. If you have a health condition, talk to one before you start.
• We will never recommend medication, peptides, hormones or anything injectable. If the app ever appears to, it is a bug — stop and tell us.
• Exercise carries risk. You take part voluntarily and at your own judgement.
• You must be 18 or older.
• Your plan is generated by software, reviewed by nobody in real time. Read it with that in mind.
• You get a 7-day free trial through Apple. After that it is a monthly or yearly subscription. Payments go through Apple, and refunds are Apple's decision.

3 · What PhysiqCoach is — and is not

PhysiqCoach is a fitness and nutrition planning tool. It generates a programme from the information you enter and updates it based on what you report each week.

It is not:

• Medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Nothing in the app replaces a doctor, a registered dietitian, or a physiotherapist
• A substitute for professional care if you have a diagnosed condition
• A guarantee of any result. Outcomes depend on your adherence, your physiology, and factors outside the app's knowledge

The app does not and will not recommend, prescribe, supply or comment on medication, peptides, hormones or any injectable substance. Questions in those areas belong with your physician. This is a design rule, not a disclaimer.

4 · Health — read this section

4.1 Before you start

You confirm that:

• You are physically able to take part in resistance training and related exercise
• You have disclosed injuries, conditions and limitations truthfully and in full when asked — the plan can only account for what it knows
• Where the app tells you to consult a doctor before continuing, you will do so

If you have a heart condition, are pregnant, take medication that affects blood sugar or blood pressure, have a disc or spinal injury, or have been told by a doctor to limit physical activity — speak to your doctor before using this app.

PhysiqCoach does not program around health conditions. It asks about a fixed list of conditions and about pregnancy so that it can flag them, tell you clearly that your plan does not account for them, and point you to the coach for personal coaching. If you choose to continue with the general plan after that warning, you do so knowing it was built as for a healthy adult. Injuries and physical limitations you declare are used to remove movements from your plan.

4.2 During use

• Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, chest discomfort, or anything that feels wrong. If it is serious, seek medical help — the app is not an emergency service. Then tell us at support@physiq.coach so the plan can be corrected
• Follow the loads and progressions the app gives you. Do not skip ahead
• Report honestly in check-ins. The plan is only as safe as the information it has

4.3 Assumption of risk

Exercise carries an inherent risk of injury. You take part voluntarily and assume that risk. We build safety rules into the app — removing exercises after reported pain or declared injuries, honouring declared allergies, capping loads to your equipment — but no software can eliminate risk, and the final judgement in every session is yours.

4.4 Nutrition

Nutritional guidance in the app is general guidance for a healthy adult. It is not clinical dietetics. It does not treat any condition. If you have a diagnosed metabolic, digestive or eating-related condition, follow your clinician, not the app, where they differ.

4.5 Coaching referral

If you tell us about a health condition or pregnancy, the app will point you to personal coaching with Dušan Perović (coaching@dusanperovic.com). Personal coaching is a separate service, with its own agreement and its own price. It is not part of your PhysiqCoach subscription, nothing is shared with the coach unless you contact him yourself, and whether you use it is entirely your choice. Continuing with the general plan instead is always available.

5 · Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. We do not offer the app to anyone younger. If you are under 18, do not create an account; if we discover an account belonging to someone under 18, we will delete it.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement in your country.

6 · Your account

• One account per person. Do not share your login
• You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password private
• Give us accurate information. The plan depends on it, and so does your safety
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is permanent and covered in the Privacy Policy

7 · How the plan is generated

Your plan is produced by software: a set of fixed, coded rules combined with a language model provided by Anthropic.

What that means:

• Nobody reviews your individual plan in real time before you see it
• Safety limits are enforced in our code, not left to the model
• The plan is a recommendation based on the information you gave. It is not a professional's judgement about you personally
• Like all generated content, it can contain errors. If something in your plan looks wrong — a load that seems impossible, a food you said you cannot eat, an exercise you said hurts — do not follow it. Email support@physiq.coach and we will look

8 · Acceptable use

Do not:

• Use the app for anyone other than yourself, or enter someone else's health information without their permission
• Attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the app, or interfere with its operation
• Use automated tools to extract content or programmes
• Resell, redistribute or commercially exploit the plans, exercise library, meal library or any other content

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

9 · Intellectual property

The app, its design, the coaching methodology, the exercise and meal libraries, the rule system, and all text and graphics belong to DP Ventures FZ-LLC or its licensors.

You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own training. Your plan is yours to use; the system that made it is not yours to copy.

Anything you enter — your data, your check-ins, your notes — remains yours. You give us permission to process it to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

10 · Cost, payment and cancellation

10.1 Free trial

New subscribers get a 7-day free trial through Apple when they choose the monthly or yearly plan. You confirm with your Apple Account; nothing is charged during the trial. When the trial ends, the subscription you chose starts and is charged to your Apple Account, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends (iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Each Apple Account can use the free trial once. Your data stays in your account either way.

10.2 Monthly and yearly subscriptions

Access after the trial is by subscription, billed monthly or yearly. The price and billing period are shown in the app, in your local currency, before you confirm.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings at any time. We cannot cancel it for you — Apple controls the billing.
• If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing is charged after that.
• If a renewal payment fails, Apple may retry it for a short grace period. Access continues during that grace period and stops if payment is not recovered.

10.3 Price changes

We may change prices for new purchases at any time. If the price of your subscription changes, Apple will notify you in advance and, where Apple's rules or local law require it, ask for your consent before the new price applies.

10.4 Refunds

All payments are processed by Apple, and refund requests are decided by Apple under its own policies, at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds ourselves. If Apple refunds a purchase, the access that purchase paid for ends.

Nothing in this section limits any refund or cancellation right that the consumer law of your country gives you and does not allow a contract to remove.

10.5 Taxes

Prices shown in the app include any sales tax or VAT that Apple collects in your country.

11 · Availability and changes to the app

We aim to keep the app available but do not guarantee it. It may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control. We may change, add or remove features. If a change materially reduces what the app does, we will tell you.

12 · No warranty

The app is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it is error-free, that it will meet your goals, or that any plan is right for you. Section 7 explains why: the content is generated by software from your inputs.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights that the law gives you and does not allow us to exclude.

13 · Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the app or from following any plan it produces, except where caused by our own negligence or where the law does not allow the exclusion
• We are not liable for indirect losses — lost income, lost opportunity, or consequential damage
• Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or 100 AED if you paid nothing

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not permit us to exclude.

14 · Ending this agreement

You can end it at any time by deleting your account. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription — cancel it in your Apple ID settings, or it will keep renewing.

We can suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if we reasonably believe your use is unsafe, or if we discontinue the service. Where we discontinue the service, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and a way to export your data. Ending your access for a serious breach of §8 does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid, except where the law requires one.

Sections 9, 12, 13 and 15 survive termination.

15 · Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. Disputes go to the courts there.

If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction whose consumer law gives you rights that cannot be overridden by contract, those rights still apply and you may be able to bring a claim in your own country.

16 · Changes to these Terms

If we change these Terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app and by email before the change takes effect, and say what changed. Continuing to use the app after that date means you accept the new version. If you do not, delete your account.

Small corrections get a new "last updated" date without notice.
